Walled City played a fierce, no-frills set at The Ice House, a gritty outdoor spot wedged between warehouses that usually serves as a rehearsal space. The crowd was small but locked in—friends, supporters, and local punks sipping PBRs and soaking in every second. It wasn’t about numbers; it was about presence.
The band came out swinging, tight and aggressive, channeling a clear sense of purpose through every riff and shout. Even in a modest setup, their energy was undeniable. The crowd was totally into the band’s set, and the vibe was pure DIY—sweaty, loud, and rooted in community.
As a concert photographer who’s known a few of these guys offstage, it was great to finally catch them live. This wasn’t some overproduced spectacle. It was real punk in a real space—with good people, loud music, and cold beer. Walled City made it count.
